At Sayali Rajadhyaksha Sarees, we want every saree to feel like it’s woven just for you. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

We do not accept returns.

No exchanges or returns on discounted merchandise, during sale periods, or on items from the “Perfectly Imperfect” collection. 

Multiple offers or discounts cannot be clubbed together.

>  Timeline for Exchanges

All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

> Product Condition 

Items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused, unwashed, and unsoiled

  • With labels and tags intact

  • Packed in the original cloth bag

Processing Your Exchange

    Once your item is received and verified at our facility, we’ll process the exchange as per availability. In case of any concerns, our team will contact you.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is allowed only in cases of:

  • Product defect (must be reported within 7 days).

  • Size exchange (product must be in original condition)

  • Sarees with fall or bidding cannot be exchanged or replaced

Replacement Procedure

  1. Report the issue via email at communications@sayalirajadhyakshasarees.com or call us at +91 9820070616 / +91 9137808579 within 7 days.

  2. Provide supporting details:

  1. Original bill

  2. Product images

  3. For a hassle-free resolution, kindly record an unboxing video while opening your package.

  1. Ship the exchange and return product at the buyer’s expense.

  2.  Replacement takes 14–20 days post verification.

  3. In case of a damaged product, the buyer can choose another product of the same value or receive a credit note for the same.

Cancellation Policy

  • We accept cancellations with a full refund or credit note as long as the order has not been shipped.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
