Returns & Exchanges

Shipping & Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available

  • Domestic Delivery: 5-7 working days

  • International Delivery: 10-15 working days

Exchange & Returns

  • To raise a request, email communications@sayalirajadhyakshasarees.com or phone/WhatsApp us at +91 9820070616 / 91 9137808579.

  • We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of you receiving the shipment.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with labels, tags intact, and returned in the original cloth bag.

  • Items returned, once verified at our facility, will be processed for an exchange or return.

  • No exchanges/returns on sale items, during sales, and on products from the "Perfectly Imperfect" section.

  • Multiple offers or discounts cannot be clubbed together.

  • Store credit will be issued for all returns, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is allowed only in cases of:

  • Product defect (must be reported within 7 days).

  • Size exchange (product must be in original condition)

  • Sarees with fall or bidding cannot be exchanged or replaced


Replacement Procedure

  1. Report the issue via email at communications@sayalirajadhyakshasarees.com or call us at +91 9820070616 / +91 9137808579 within 7 days.

  2. Provide supporting details:

  1. Original bill

  2. Product images

  3. For a hassle-free resolution, kindly record an unboxing video while opening your package.

  1. Ship the exchange and return product at the buyer’s expense.

  2.  Replacement takes 14–20 days post verification.

  3. In case of a damaged product, the buyer can choose another product of the same value or receive a credit note for the same.

Cancellation Policy

  • We accept cancellations with a full refund or credit note as long as the order has not been shipped.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
