1. Sayali Rajadhyaksha Sarees once purchased will not be refunded but replaced with another product or a Gift Card will be issued.


2. Replacement of the Sayali Rajadhyaksha product will only happen in the following circumstances -a. In-case of product defect. In-case of exchange of size

3. As you are aware, adding a fall or bidding to a saree is a non-reversible process. Hence, we'd like your cooperation for not requesting any replacements / exchanges, once your saree is through with fall bidding process.

4. Replacement procedure (in-case of product defect) will be as follows –a. In-case of product defect, dedicated personnel at Sayali Rajadhakshya should be informed within the first 7 days from the receipt of the productb. Communication of the issue/ problem with the purchased product should be done over email at sayaliwrites@gmail.com. Post communication over e-mail, our dedicated personnel would highlight the address where the product should be returned. The defective product should be couriered at the mentioned address along with product packaging and original invoice. Please ensure that original product packaging is maintained. Shipping charges to return the product is at the expense of the buyer. Once the product is received it would take 14 – 20 days for the required checks post which subject to manufacturing defect at Company’s end would the material be replaced

5. Replacement procedure (in-case of exchange of size) will be as follows –a. In-case of size exchange, dedicated personnel at Sayali Rajadhakshya should be informed within the first 7 days from the receipt of the productb. Communication of the issue/ problem with the purchased size should be done over email at sayaliwrites@gmail.com. Communication should include the following supporting’s: I. Original Billi. Original Product Packaging. Product Image. As the issue is around size exchange, it is essential that the product is maintained in its originality along with product packaging and invoiced. Upon fulfilment of the required checks, the product would be exchanged in the required size, as requested

Please note there will be no monies refunded in such cases. In a rare case wherein, order is placed but the product is not available due to inventory mismatch, our team will inform about it to the buyer. Buyer has an option to pick something else of the same value // or // get a full refund of the amount paid on the original mode of payment
