Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Sayali Rajadhyaksha Sarees (SRS), every saree and blouse is thoughtfully curated and undergoes a stringent quality check before dispatch. Considering the delicate, handcrafted, and exclusive nature of our products, we follow a limited exchange-only policy. We request you to review the policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Sarees

Sarees are not eligible for return or refund.

Sarees may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to verification.

Any issue related to sarees must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos and a continuous unpacking video.
Blouses
-
If the ordered size does not fit, a size exchange is permitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Requests raised after the specified period will not be accepted.
Mandatory Conditions for Exchange
(Applicable to both Sarees & Blouses)
All the following conditions must be met for an exchange request to be considered:

A clear and continuous unpacking video from the moment the parcel is opened.

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
-
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
-
The product must be free from stains, perfumes, deodorants, makeup marks, body odour, or smoke smell.

The product must be returned in resaleable condition, exactly as received.
Please handle sarees with extreme care while checking or draping.
SRS reserves the right to reject any exchange if the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or fails quality inspection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests received after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Supporting images/videos along with the unpacking video are mandatory.

Upon verification, a suitable exchange will be initiated if the claim is found valid.
Quality Check & Exchange Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our Quality Control team.

You will be informed regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

Exchange approval is at the sole discretion of SRS, based on adherence to this policy.
Shipping & Exchange Charges

Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

Once the exchange is approved, delivery charges for the exchanged product will be applicable.

Any price difference between exchanged items must be settled prior to dispatch.
Important Notes
-
Customized, pre-fall/picoed, altered, or specially curated sarees are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or defective.

Products returned without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
-
Used, washed, scented, or damaged products will be strictly rejected.
-
SRS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
