Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders are available at an additional charge of ₹299.

For all COD orders, a mandatory prepayment of 5% of the total cart value or ₹299 (whichever is higher) is required to confirm the order.

Please note that the COD prepayment amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellation, refusal to accept delivery, failed delivery attempts, recipient unavailability, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • ₹3,999 shipping fee for up to 2 sarees
  • For every additional 2 products, an extra ₹1,500 shipping charge will be applicable

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once processed, orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • The standard delivery timeline is 10–12 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • During periods of high demand such as sales, festive seasons, exhibitions, or promotional campaigns, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended due to increased order volumes.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Sayali Rajadhyaksha Sarees (SRS) shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, unforeseen logistical challenges, natural disruptions, customs clearance procedures, or recipient unavailability at the provided address.

Shipping Information & Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing orders. Delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address information shall not be the responsibility of SRS.
