We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available at an additional charge of ₹299.

• For all COD orders, a mandatory prepayment of 5% of the total cart value or ₹299 (whichever is higher) is required.

• The standard delivery timeline is 10–12 working days from the date of dispatch.

• During high-demand periods such as sales, festive seasons, exhibitions, or promotional events, delivery timelines may be extended due to increased order volumes.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, SRS shall not be held responsible for delays arising from courier partner operations, unforeseen logistical issues, natural disruptions, or if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address.
